My lessons will provide a better theoretical understanding of exercise, fitness as well as overall wellness. I have an undergraduate degree in psychology and in Human Kinetics and Ergonomics. This allows me a holistic understanding of wellness.
My experience as a wellness leader, and an assistant strength and conditioning coach also provided me with a practical understanding of this field.
