About Amie
I am currently a final year student studying Human Geography in Sheffield. I love to dance, visit coffee shops & invest time into young people and their future. I have volunteered with youth work for 5 years, and I have been a dance teacher for 7 years.
I currently homeschool my youngest brother, who has learning difficulties at GCSE level, covering all core subjects.

My teaching methods depend on the students. I found some like practical /visual ways of learning, some prefer simply making revision notes and learning, others prefer talking /debating on the subject so they can get a wider knowledge of the subject.
I like to see a least a little bit of progress everyday, so it keeps students motivated.
I also incorporate regular breaks, depending on the concentration span of each pupil , in the hope to increase their learning capacity
