About Diana
As a dedicated reading tutor, my mission is to help each child build confidence, fluency, and comprehension in reading while fostering a lifelong love of learning. I provide individualized instruction tailored to each student’s strengths, learning style, and specific reading challenges. Through structured lessons, proven literacy strategies, and ongoing assessment, I guide students back to grade-level proficiency while equipping them with the tools to become independent, motivated readers.
I believe that every child can succeed with the right support, patience, and encouragement. My approach not only focuses on improving reading accuracy and understanding but also on developing confidence—so students learn to view reading not as a challenge, but as an achievable and enjoyable skill. Parents can trust that their child will receive consistent, compassionate, and results-driven tutoring designed to close reading gaps and promote lasting academic success.

Most students are reading below grade level. I strive to make reading fun and engaging. I have taught reading success classes that help readers who are below grade level learn the skills they need to pass standardized tests. I meet students at the level they are currently at, and help them grow to hopefully catch up to the level they need to be on.
