About Crystal
I have a passion with a specific population which happens to be the parents who are caregivers as well! I call them my parent caregivers or caregiver parents. It's become my niche population that seeks me out in therapy. However, I decided that I can offer a workshop on a broader scale that would be very helpful to so many people. I am the featured expert in a documentary about parent caregivers called Unseen that was featured on different streaming services and on PBS.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and also a Master's Degree in Social Work. I am a respected, full-time clinical therapist. However, I pride myself as being an advocate above being anything else professionally.

Together, we’ll work to build your confidence in discussing your situation with others, and most importantly, we’ll focus on fostering self-compassion, so you can show up with strength and empathy for both your child and yourself. This is a chance to reflect, connect, and empower yourself on this journey.
