About Kanae
Taught customized private classes to 50+ clients varying from professional athletes to severe chronic health conditions after conducting in-depth postural assessment alongside a remedial massage therapist.
Taught over 40+ group classes with an average class size of 12.
I have been Earned a reputation for teaching excellence and an ability to infuse my classes with warmth and positivity as a Holistic Yoga Instructor in Exmouth and Bunbury, WA.
Also, as a certified advanced freediver, I guide in-depth breathing exercises to help my clients center themselves at the beginning and end of each session.

Experienced and passionate yoga instructor with advanced training in Vinyasa/Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Gentle and Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Special Populations and Yoga for Chronic Illness with extensive knowledge of anatomy.
For private classes, I assess individual restrictions and capabilities and suggest appropriate yoga postures to suit the individuals as a way of improving quality of life.
If requested, I can teach intermediate vinyasa yoga class with arm balancing poses and inversions for more experienced practitioners.

For the private class, I will do 20-30 minutes consultation (FOR FREE) for each class to see your fitness level, range of motion, your achievement etc and discuss what you want to focus on for a more meaningful practice.
