Meditation and related concepts of Eastern spirituality, and Western self-help have revolutionized my life. It has helped me out of depression, weed and nicotine addiction, and given my life meaning. I can't exaggerate how much brighter my view of life has become, and how much better I feel about myself. my practice has given me better focus, given me insight into what I want with my life, and made me happier in everyday life.
