About Marie
A graduate in international trade, I left a career in marketing to devote myself to cooking for more than two. Passionate about healthy, creative and holistic cuisine that I share through the creation of vegetable dishes, gluten-free and dairy-free. I am convinced that a diet and a healthy lifestyle remain our best allies for a happy life, Trained in the field, when I do not share my recipes and my wellness tips on my blog, you can find me as as private chef for international yoga retreats and cooking in Parisian restaurants. Combining my love of local, seasonal and organic products with spices and flavors brought back from my travels, I aspire to prove that eating without meat and gluten is not tasteless.

At first I take care to have a first exchange with you to know your desires, your needs for each workshop (paleo, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, fermentation etc…) I will then communicate a program adapted to you depending on your level and the requests that have been made. For me, sharing and transmission are the priority. The stages of the recipe are detailed, the gestures explained. The objective is to give you all the keys so that you can reproduce all the recipes offered again. Do not hesitate to go to my Instagram for a taste of the dishes we can make together.
