About Alice
I am a teacher in Adapted Physical Activity with a Masters 2 degree. Passionate about sport and health, I am committed to helping you develop through physical activity to achieve your goals. I have been working at home since 2018, and since January 2021, mini-group and individual sessions are offered to you in my room at the Maison ACD Santé in La Madeleine (59). My work since 2016 within the Private Poplar Clinic in Villeneuve d'Ascq and my various internships have brought me experience in different types of pathology such as overweight and obesity, low back pain, prostheses, geriatrics and cancer.

My sessions are adapted according to your age, your physical abilities, your morphology and your pathology. Each lesson lasts 1 hour. A check-up is carried out beforehand in order to better understand your abilities and to be as close as possible to your expectations. I am always attentive to your possibilities, your needs, your expectations and your desires. My objectives are above all your well-being, the maintenance or the increase of your autonomy. I offer any type of activity to improve physical condition and well-being. I diversify as much as possible so that the exercises suit you and make you want to start over, in order to maintain the activity over the long term, which will lead to more convincing results and thus allow you to increase your capacities in an optimal way. . I can meet your fitness, step, cardio-training and muscle building needs, which are adapted to your physical capacities. I also offer gentler activity classes: dance, Pilates, yoga, qi-gong ...
