About Jules
I am a student in engineering school, at the end of my third year, specializing in town planning (UTC). I have been teaching mathematics since my high school years.
Since then, I have met and helped students in diverse kind of profiles (both non-science and science-majored) in mathematics to prepare for an exam or level up.
I am convinced that math is less complicated than it looks and I hope that a few lessons with me will allow you to realize that too :)

I adapt to your pace and your goals! It is very important that you understand what you are learning. I spend time explaining (or re-explaining) a key notion if necessary and when the course ends ill provide you with a summary sheet of the notions we'll had been through.
I will often use real life objects to explain math, starting with the concrete before introducing the more abstract side, because this is also how I learned it :)
I work with a videoconference and a writing board on shared tablet to be able to write live. I use GEOGEBRA to show you some geometric results, and I can teach you how to master it if you wish.
If I have to summarize the structure of one of my typical courses:
- We start by testing your mastery of the concepts of the previous session, then coming back to any sticking points
- I'll be bringing in a new notion and will have told you in advance so that you can take a look at it beforehand if you wish.
- We'll apply the notion to one / more concrete example(s) and exercise(s) together
- You leave with a series of exercises for the next session
- The circle is complete !!
I design my exercises and draw in free exercises warehouses to get inspired when needed.
