Teaching Approach and Knowledge Sharing
1. Teaching Techniques and Methods
My teaching approach focuses on conceptual clarity, application-oriented learning, and student engagement. I believe that strong fundamentals are essential for mastering technical subjects.
I explain concepts from first principles, followed by real-world engineering applications.
I use examples, numerical problem-solving, and derivations to strengthen understanding.
I encourage interactive learning, where students actively ask questions and solve problems during class.
For complex topics, I use step-by-step explanations, diagrams, and simplified analogies.
I regularly assess understanding through practice problems, quizzes, and discussions.
2. Usual Structure of a Class
A typical class is structured and goal-oriented to ensure effective learning:
Recap of Previous Topic – Brief revision to connect past and present concepts
Introduction to New Concept – Clear explanation of theory and fundamentals
Detailed Explanation – Derivations, formulas, and underlying principles
Problem-Solving Session – Numerical examples and application-based questions
Student Interaction – Doubt clarification and conceptual discussion
Summary & Assignment – Key takeaways and practice problems for reinforcement
This structured approach helps students build confidence and retain knowledge effectively.
3. Special Features as a Teacher
