About Lilly
I understand how easy it is to feel overwhelmed as a student, especially in art history, where there are so many connections to make and concepts to study. Starting with an organized study guide and engaging in interactive discussion can provide much-needed confidence in navigating the subject. I have developed a strong interest in art history both inside and outside of school, and I’ve created a structured study method that has helped me stay grounded during challenging moments. Alongside my art and design associate degree, I have continued studying art history as I progress through my bachelor’s program.

I like to teach in less of a formal way memorizing dates and names rather exploring art movements, groups, techniques and different art mediums and interconnecting art history ideas. starting with a little review and warm up with just looking at images, then continuing to a discussion moving past dates and names to historical event and context, and finally actively applying learned skills to analyze art pieces movements. I prefer to speak and learn about art history in a much more casual and interesting way while still using academic vocab. These Lessons are for anyone struggling in an art history class from middle school to junior year in a bachelor degree.
