About Jess
Steph and all the staff at Yoga & Ayurveda Center have been my guides while working toward my RYT-200 Certification. I never realized just how much I needed this transformation in my life. The first two weeks were an emotional rollercoaster. Yoga has inspired me to become a better version of me; confident, positive and most importantly, happy.
I am not new to flexibility, strength and balance, as I have been a dancer and dance instructor for over 30 years. There are so many yoga poses that resemble dance moves. With my background in dance, I am able to synch poses to music fluently, creating unique Vinyasa yoga classes.
