About Marina
I am a qualified secondary Spanish teacher in a Secondary School in London as well as the Head of MFL department. I successfully completed the PGCE (postgraduate certificate in Education in 2018) and since then, I teach Spanish to children from 11 to 18 years old and I help them to pass their Spanish GCSE and A level. I am also an official Pearson Edexcel examiner for the Spanish GCSEs. I adapt my lessons to my students' needs and interests and I also have experience teaching Spanish to adults.

I am very flexible and patient. I work with students from very different backgrounds and I adapt my lessons to their needs and interests. I understand that motivation is the key and therefore, I spend time getting to know my students and their goals as well as what they like in order to make more individual and personal lessons that engage them and motivate them. I understand what it is to learn a second language as I am a Spanish native who had to learn English, and I am also aware of the benefits that speaking different languages can bring to your personal and professional life.
