About Anouska
I'm a 20 year old student, studying history in my final year. I'm quite fun with the way I teach, and I try to switch it up so that it isn't the same repetitive lesson every session. I'll engage with you a lot, even if it's simply to just chat about your day before we start properly with the session. I play the guitar in my downtime, and also play lacrosse too, and I think it's good to have a nice work-life balance.

I tend to focus on helping students with the concepts/basics initially in the lessons, as once they learn these then it is easier to start to learn dates/timelines etc.
I use worksheets a lot as I find them incredibly useful to refer back to and find where you have stored information.
Lessons are typically 30 minutes to an hour depending on what you want to get from the lesson. Longer lessons would include (for older students) source analysis and maybe practice writing, whereas for a younger student they would work on writing and reading.
I have worked as a tutor on MyTutor for 8 months and was a student mentor and prefect previously, so I have experience helping people with their work.
My lessons are for anyone wanting to learn more about history.
