Tutoring primarily Year 11-13 I have seen great success in academia and received multiple 1st gradings at bachelor level. The approach I take has achieved optimal results at all GCSE/A Level and beyond. My tutoring teaches not only History but gives students a head-start in developing essential skills they will need in any field of study. The key to success is understanding subject content AND how to structure your answers. Lessons will concentrate on content and strategy. Time will be spent covering the depth and breadth of course content, and tailoring strategies to ensure each student can internalise and recall content by the time of exams. Strategy will be illustrating how to structure answers to questions students will see in their exams. Additionally I will set questions for the student to complete and will review with them next session to further develop their abilities.
