About Iain
I have had 4 months experience teaching at a primary school in Cambridge, in conjunction with experience teaching English abroad in Chile. Class sizes have ranged from 1 to 25 students.
GCSE results: 11A*'s (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English language, English literature, Mathematics, History, Geography, Art, Spanish, HPQ)
A level results: 2A*'s (History, Economics), A (Mathematics), A (AS Spanish)
University results: First Class grade in completion of Year 1 of studying History at University College London

I am a student at University College London passionate about History. Some recent modules I am studying are on the Global Economy since the 1700, The History of Economic Thought, Modern America since 1920, and Latin America 1830-1930. I am particularly most keen on modern economic and political history.
I am willing to provide lessons in predominantly History and Economics up to A level. I am also willing to teach other core subjects up to GCSE level, in conjunction with assisting University applications.
My lesson structure is focussed completely on the needs of the student, with a strong emphasis on following content and technique relevant to the exam board. In addition communication, and simplification of content to be more accessible is essential.
