I am a history student at UEA. I have studied history for many years and am more than proficient. In Dutch equivalent of A levels I got an A* in History as well as getting another A and a B for English and Politics respectively.

I try to faciltate students teaching themselves. After finding out weak points, I ask questions guiding students to the answers themselves, without me having to explicitly tell them the answer. In the case that they truly do not get it I will try to explainf or go from a different angle. In my opinion, teaching in politics or history is making people realise and learn things by themselves, not by repeating it over and over so they remember it for one or two days.

Details
Cancellation by the student has to be done 24h prior to the appointment or the first hour will have to be payed, which means £12 pounds for a home visit and £11 for an online session. If you book tutoring with two people at the same time, the hourly rate will be £9 per person, three or more £8 per person.
