Sylvia is an amazing teacher. She is genuinely enthusiastic about history and archaeology, and consistently maintains high standards in her teaching. She has a warm and lovely demeanour, and has developed an excellent rapport with her students. Sylvia listens carefully to student concerns and always strives to make the learning experience positive, engaging, and rewarding. I would highly recommend Sylvia as a history teacher.

I had her for Junior Cert history/geography. She always kept it alive and entertaining but very informative.

Sylvia is such a great teacher. She is patient, passionate about her subject (history) and she is so skilled at breaking down complex ideas and explaining them. There is so much involved in History and it can get very overwhelming- but Sylvia makes it all seems manageable and so easy to understand. Highly recommend her

I’ve known Sylvia for many years. She taught my youngest Son history, her experience and attention to detail is excellent , she goes above and beyond to help her students and give the necessary tools to achieve excellent exam results. My Son developed a passion for History and Culture because of Sylvia’s method of teaching and is now attending a College to pursue his passion for history and Culture
