About Radford
I am a keen reader and writer in many subject areas with a passion for historical works. I found history at school, albeit challenging and something which requires practice and work, fascinating and I consequently chose to study it at university.
This experience only built on that former passion. The skills I learnt throughout the history examination process at school and university have put me in an excellent position to pass on those skills to school students to amount to high grades and a similar passion for the subject.
Undergraduate: 2:1 History BA Hons - First Class Dissertation; University of Bristol
A-Level: A*AA in History, Politics, and Philosophy.

I am a history graduate (2:1 with a first-class dissertation) from the University of Bristol. I specialise in modern social history and politics (Modern Russia,19th Century Europe, Decolonisation, and US History - common topics for A-Level and GCSE papers ) but have studied in depth a plethora of other periods. I am looking to tutor History at the GCSE level and History and Politics at the A-Level with a focus on writing style, memorisation and revision techniques, grammatical fluency, source analysis and an overall compelling lesson on the chosen subject matter in a 45-minute tutorial.
