About Siraiyion
My name is Sira and one of my greatest joys is meeting new people. I have lived in Kenya, South Africa and Switzerland, and each of these beautiful places have given me the fortune of engaging with a great variety of people. I believe our differences enrich us and the potential of our interactions. I find life very interesting and our ability to learn, grow and understand new ideas is by far the most exciting aspect of being alive.

An effective English lesson plan begins with clear objectives.
We will begin every lesson by understanding what the focus is and what we wish to achieve by the end of the class. Setting these goals not only helps me as the teacher to stay focused, but also provides students with clarity and a sense of direction. Following this, we must consider the activities that will be most engaging for the student and the given topic. When students are actively involved, it is more likely to retain information and develop a passion for the particular subject we will be learning. Assessment is another critical component of my lesson plans. Engaging and subject-specific assessments allows us to gauge whether the student has grasped the focus of our lesson. This can take the form of short tests, presentations, or informal discussions. The feedback I receive helps me to refine my teaching strategies and address any potential gaps in understanding.
