Highschool student offering algebra tutoring in Illinois with hands-on experience of 3 years

Depending on the distance I will have to travel to get to the students house my rate will increase by $5. If there is ever a reason I will have to cancel on a student their money will be refunded. On the chance that I have to cancel in the middle of a session I expect the amount of time I spent working with them to be paid.
EX: The student pays for a 3 hour session but I have to cancel around the 2nd hour, I will expect to be paid $30 while they get to keep the rest of the money.
