About Kira
My name is Kira and I'm a 16-year-old student in the 11th grade. Art has always been my favorite subject, which I have continued to take courses for in grades 9 and 10. I am currently also taking a visual arts (drawing and painting) course in the first semester of 11th grade, and will take one in the 12th grade as well. In hopes of pursuing architecture and set design or becoming a dental technician in the future!
My goal is to become a tutor for younger students and help them in understanding different concepts of visual arts and give them tips on techniques to use with different mediums as well as make learning art fun and experimental! :)

I will personally do my best to adjust the lesson/tutoring session to involve the interests and strengths of the student. Lessons/Tutoring sessions will mostly be based off of the students current curriculum (in class lessons/assignments) and strengths within the subject. As a student myself, I will focus on helping younger students with the basics of visual arts. Ranging from; drawing 3D shapes/objects, sketching, pencil/brush techniques and using different mediums (such as paint and maybe even clay)!
*NOTE: You may have to purchase some materials if you don't already have them (eg. paint, canvas, etc.)!*
Due to the fact that I am a student myself, my current focus is to start tutoring younger students. (Elementary - 10th grade). In addition, unfortunately, my availability is also limited to;
Mondays: 7:30PM - 9:00PM
Tuesdays: 7:30PM - 9:00PM
Wednesdays: 7:00PM - 9:00PM
Saturdays: 2:30PM -5:30PM
