About Stella
Over the past eight years, I’ve helped more than 150 students of all backgrounds become more confident and capable Spanish learners. I specialize in tutoring high school and college students, especially those who feel intimidated or frustrated by the pace of their classes. My sessions are calm, clear, and tailored to how you learn best. I mix structured review—like grammar charts and practice quizzes—with creative language use, such as real-life conversations, role-plays, and fun cultural challenges. We’ll cover everything from sentence structure to idioms and pronunciation, with an emphasis on application, not just theory. I also focus on building momentum. One successful session turns into two, then ten—and pretty soon, students start seeing results not only in their grades but in their confidence. A student I worked with recently went from struggling in Spanish II to leading a group conversation with exchange students. They were amazed by their own growth—and that’s exactly the kind of outcome I strive for. Spanish is a beautiful, global language, and with the right support, it can become one of your greatest academic and personal strengths.
