About Namita
A former marketing professional with the Tata group, I left my rich corporate career to pursue my passion for yoga, which I found was the most practical method of self-management and self-improvement.
In the last 13 years, I have received valuable trainings and have also conducted and taught at Yoga Teacher Training programs:
- 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Himalayan Yoga
- 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Sivananda Yoga
- Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant, American Institute of Vedic Studies
- Yoga Master and Yoga Wellness Instructor, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India
- Teacher experience of 13 years in group classes, private classes, corporate companies, international workshops, and more.

Our busy lives are full from the outside but leave an emptiness within. My classes are a way for me to connect with you, and help you find your fullness within, the joy within through yoga flow that is designed to suit your needs;
The entire session has the essence of meditation, which will leave you refreshed, relaxed, and concentrated with gentle and deep movements, breath practices, and guided meditation as taught in the traditional schools of yoga in India.
