Think of me as your personal language coach and globetrotter! After 15 years of teaching around the world (from the tropical vibes of Costa Rica to the fast pace of Hong Kong), I've learned that languages should be fun, practical, and immediately useful. We talk from day one, at your own pace. The right foundation matters, so I use structured techniques to ensure your foundation is rock solid! I customize your lesson to your needs, whether it is to make a business presentation or to order Tacos like a local. An hour with me looks like this: 0-10: Coffee chat and Review (warm up and last lesson review) 10-35: Dive In! (we explore the day's topic and structure) 35-55: Action Time! (making the language yours, Role plays, discussions, games) 55-60: High Five and Plan (celebrating progress, feedback, maybe an assignment, and what the next lesson will look like) I bring a unique toolkit that goes beyond a standard tutor. I have trained teachers at big institutions around the world. I have lived the languages, I have real-world experience across countries (China, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, Venezuela), giving you the cultural insights as well. I have taught English and Spanish to young kids from the ages of 3 to 12.
