I structure the lessons around how the individual student learns. I work to accommodate you, as the individual in how he progress. I have years of experience both in the classroom and online and I believe lessons must be engaging and interesting to be effective. I work to find out what motivates you and we keep that in mind as we move forward. We may have have conversations, readings, exercises or audio/video clip practice and discussion. I always adjust my classes to what will work best but also the most effective for every student.
