Hello! I am a passionate high school teacher, nutritionist, and fitness coach who has a dedication for all things health science. I have a Bachelor's of Kinesiology degree with honors, a holistic nutrition certificate, and a multitude of additional fitness certifications throughout my 5-year career. I would love the opportunity to assist you on your health science path and make complex topics interesting and understandable!
