About Maanav
Hi! I'm Maanav, a 17-year old high-school senior from India studying accountancy, business studies, economics and statistics as core subjects!
I've had mentoring experience for 8 months now - wherein I've mentored about 450 high school students from around the world, helping them embark their Model United Nations journey in affliation with a NPO
While mentoring, I discovered my profound interest in teaching and this was when I resolved to teach students who are preparing for an examination, yet struggling whilst doing so. Having written the examination myself, I can assure you that 'all stress and no fun' is only going to lead you to ruin your exam. I shall make sure that you're confident with the concepts and that you know secrets from a student's standpoint which teachers generally referain from telling you xD
I also want to contribute towards SDG 4 - quality education and because quality literacy is the stepping stone towards holistic development!
So yeah, apart from this, my hobbies include travelling, video gaming, and oratory! Hope to see you in class:))

The classes are going to be a fun learning experience for students who either find it difficult to cope with the pace of their school's teaching, or are hesitant to voice their questions, or are looking for an entirely different approach to the taught concept with several tips and tricks to crack the examination!
The structure of the class has three main phases - 1) Icebreaking sesison, activites and QnA regarding what was done in shcool ; 2) Interactive Explaination (visual based) ; 3) QnA, study tip, assignment giving phase!
The classes are intended for CBSE students from grades 3 - 9. This is because as a high-school student myself, I'd find it increadibly meanigful to help budding aspirants overcome problems they find while studying this particular subject and actually help them to find interest in this subject. My features as a teacher are to just make sure that at the end of the class, the concept is thorough, they don't have anylooming unanswered questions and could proudly say that they had fun in the class! This will be facilitated by a very interactive cum informative session!
