The DeROSE Method is a behavioral rehabilitation proposal that develops high performance and improves quality of life. It teaches techniques - which strengthen the practitioner's physical structure - and concepts - that improve human relationships, both in the personal and professional fields. Our method develops the ability to silence the mind and improve mental clarity. On the other hand, it will increase vitality and energy level, developing a healthy body that will contribute to an also healthy mind. Some of the tools we use are: meditation and focus, breathing techniques, stress management, strength and flexibility. The main goal is to develop high performance for any parameter of life.
