About Yaron

My name is Yaron Eisenberg, and I am a High Performance Coach with an MSc in Performance Psychology and a background in elite military service, where I learned first-hand what it takes to stay calm, focused, and effective under real pressure.

Today, I support high-performing individuals who want to improve their mental clarity, emotional control, confidence, and consistency, without burning out or losing themselves in the process. My coaching is structured, practical, and results-driven, designed to help you perform at a higher level while building inner stability and long-term resilience.

I combine evidence-based performance psychology methods with a direct coaching style that prioritizes real-world application. Every session is tailored to the individual, and you will leave with clear tools you can apply immediately in your daily life, work, studies, or performance environment.

Whether you are a leader, professional, student, athlete, or simply someone who wants to develop stronger self-discipline and mental strength, my role is to help you build the skills to execute under pressure with control, confidence, and purpose.

My Approach as a High Performance Coach:

I work with high-performing individuals who want to operate with calm, clarity, and execution under real pressure, without burning out or losing themselves. My coaching is practical, structured, and grounded in Performance Psychology, with a strong emphasis on building skills that translate directly into everyday life, leadership, and performance.

Teaching Method and Techniques:

My method is built around three pillars:

1) Regulation (state control under pressure)
We train nervous system control so you can stay steady, think clearly, and respond instead of reacting. This includes practical stress regulation techniques, attention control, and cognitive reframing.

2) Structure (consistency and execution)
Together we build a simple, effective operating system that helps you follow through consistently. This includes goal execution planning, habit design, accountability systems, and time/energy management.

3) Identity (values-based performance)
High performance without identity leads to burnout. We reconnect you to your values, purpose, and internal standards so you perform from alignment, not fear or external pressure.

I use evidence-based tools from performance psychology, cognitive-behavioural principles, and mental skills training. Sessions are direct, focused, and built to create immediate change you can feel.

A Typical Lesson Plan:

Each session is structured to be efficient and outcome-driven:

1) Quick check-in (5 minutes)
Where you are mentally, physically, and emotionally, and what pressure you’re currently carrying.

2) Review and learning (10–15 minutes)
What worked since the last session, what didn’t, and what patterns showed up under stress.

3) Skill training (20–30 minutes)
We train one key skill per session (for example: calming under pressure, stopping spirals, building confidence, improving communication, or decision-making).

4) Real-life integration (15–20 minutes)
We apply the skill to your current challenges (work, leadership, relationships, study, training, or performance goals).

5) Weekly mission and accountability (5 minutes)
You leave with a clear plan: one practical action, one mental tool, and one measurable focus for the week ahead.

What Sets Me Apart:

What makes my coaching different is the combination of:

- Elite military experience and real exposure to high-pressure environments

- MSc-level Performance Psychology training with evidence-based methods

- A direct, structured coaching style that creates results quickly

- A focus on deep performance without losing the human behind the performer

- I don’t teach motivation. I teach self-command.

My coaching is designed for:

- Leaders, executives, founders, and high achievers who need to perform consistently under pressure

- University students dealing with intense academic demands, performance anxiety, or overload

- Professionals in high-stakes roles who want stronger focus, emotional control, and decision-making

- Athletes and performers who want mental skills training and competition readiness

- Individuals in transition (career shifts, identity rebuild, leadership growth) who want structure and direction

- Sessions are suitable for beginners who feel overwhelmed, and also for high performers who want to sharpen their edge and elevate their standard.
