About Gelila
I was born and raised in Ethiopia, and completed my MFA in Furniture Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Growing up in a community of diverse cultures and traditions, I developed an appreciation for society’s history and heritage. I infuse my designs with authenticity and reverence for my roots.
