I am a third year university student studying strength and conditioning in sport - level 2 qualified from the IUSCA. I compete myself in powerlifting and am very passionate in coaching and helping others fall in love with the gym, getting fit and strong

I do biweekly programme updates with weekly communication about progress by a video analysis by me. All programming is individualised to you to help you with your goals. I specialise in powerlifting, weight loss and sports. I am also able to consult with nutrition.
