Hey, I am Hunnah a medical student studying at UCL in London. I teach Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths and I am keen to help you learn and increase your grades. Hey I'm Hunnah and welcome to my classroom. I am currently a medical student studying at UCL in London. I have studied Maths, Biology and Chemistry at A level achieving 3 A*'s. I am keen to help you master your subjects and achieve your full potential in your exams. I have previously taught GCSE Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in group setting and 121 to children from lots of different backgrounds. My teaching style includes explaining the structure of the lesson at the beginning (so the class is more organised); Focusing on topics that you find hard by asking you before the lesson begins; explaining the topic in a concise manner with all necessary information given and no irrelevant content; going through exam questions in class and explaining techniques about how to answer them; allowing students to ask questions to clarify any misunderstandings and setting exam questions for homework (optional).
I have studied AQA BIOLOGY, CHEMISTRY and PHYSICS and have studied EDEXCEL MATHS. If you tell me your exam board before hand I will go through your exam boards specification to cover any extra content.I have also studied A level Maths, Biology and Chemistry so have a further understanding in these subjects.
How would you plan to help your students and what would you do during sessions?
During sessions I aim to cover the chosen content, provide some exam questions and guidance on how to answer these exam questions, and lesson notes on the slide will also be shown. After the lesson I will send you a picture of some written notes and exam questions as homework will also be given. I will also give you some optional pre reading ahead of your next lesson.
What is your knowledge of the curriculum and exam expectations?
I have studied AQA sciences and EDEXCEL maths however if you inform me of your exam board before hand I can go over this to ensure you as a student are provided with the best teaching that covers your specification. I will also provide topic tests and exam papers to do if asked for this by student.
Previous tutoring experience:
I currently tutor GCSE physics online and have previously tutored GCSE maths, english and science one to one.
