My philosophy of teaching is based on the fact that all students are
unique and in order to gain knowledge effectively, they must be taught in
a stimulating educational environment. The objectives of an educator
should be for their students to grow mentally, emotionally and socially. It
is the job of the educator to create a safe environment needed for the
students to reach their full potential. My responsibility as an educator would be to create a safe, understanding
and creative space while being able to discipline them with the intention
of expanding their mind and enriching their knowledge. The work set out
for the students should be compliant with the curriculum as well as be age
appropriate. We should set realistic expectations for our students as well
as enforce positive reinforcement.
