About Mamatha
Throughout my few humble years of reflection and self-development, I only focused on becoming a better person.I wanted to take credit for everything I succeeded in.So I never shared anything I learned. I never applied anything I learned with other people. I was tricking myself into thinking that I was transforming into a better person, when all I was doing was praising myself for reading and learning and thinking I was ahead of the people who weren’t doing what I was doing.So I decided to write about the lessons I’ve come to learn, the realizations, the techniques, the fallacies… I decided to not focus on me, but focus on the wellbeing of others.

1. question answer method : this method is useful by 3 ways.....
a. if a easy question is asked to an average student , encourage him to give answer. after answer his confidence level will be boost and he give more attention towards teaching.
b. few questions are challenging which liked by above average , clever students. So that they also concentrate in lecture though they understand the topic early than others.
