About Tatiana
I am an entrepreneur and a student of herbalism. Lover of the Natural world of plants and their medicinal properties.
Mountain student. I lived in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and learned about the medicinal and healing power that Nature has to offer us. You just have to take back the ancestral knowledge, from the hand of our indigenous Masters and rescue actions with the plants that help us to heal and self-knowledge.

The Methodology is based on the preparation of tisanes (herbal infusions). We start with the basic knowledge of the preparation of infusions. Learn the difference between tea, herbal tea and infusion. The correct use of herbs, the correct amount to use, the temperature of the water, the mixture of herbs for the best use and results
All this based on the ancestral Indigenous knowledge of the healing properties of plants, from the sierra snowfall of Santamarta. and other Bibliographic Referents that we will also know.
