As a Computer Science graduate with a BSc and over two years of tutoring experience, I have supported students in achieving their academic goals across Computer Science, Mathematics, and Science. My approach to tutoring is based on patience, clarity, and adaptability. I believe that every student learns in their own way, so I focus on tailoring lessons to suit individual needs and learning styles. I break down complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand steps, and I like to use real-world examples to make subjects more engaging and relatable. I also encourage active participation, asking questions throughout the lesson to make sure the student fully understands before moving forward. A typical lesson is one hour, although this can be adjusted depending on the student’s requirements and attention span. Each session usually starts with a quick recap of previous material, followed by a focused explanation of the new topic, and plenty of practice questions to consolidate understanding. I also provide feedback and suggest strategies for independent revision between lessons. I hold a BSc in Computer Science and have over two years of tutoring experience, supporting students in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Science at KS3, GCSE, and A-Level. I have experience with a range of exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR) and can help students prepare thoroughly for exams, coursework, and assessments. My lessons are suitable for students aged 11–18 who want to build confidence, improve grades, and develop problem-solving skills in these subjects.
