About Khushi

About Me
I'm on a mission to make the world a little happier, more conscious, and clearer.

My journey started as a growth consultant, but somewhere along the way, I realized that real growth isn't just about strategy and numbers - it's about how clearly we think, how well we manage our emotions, and how deeply we understand ourselves. That realization turned me from a growth consultant into a holistic wellness coach, and philosophy became my most powerful tool for helping people navigate life.

I trained in Yoga at the Sivananda Ashram in Uttarkashi, Philosophy at Chinmaya Mission where I went deep into Advaita Vedanta, the Ashtavakra Gita, and the Bhagavad Gita timeless teachings on the nature of the self, clarity, and inner peace. Alongside this, I studied both Eastern and Western philosophy, along with multiple courses on emotional healing and practical techniques for balancing emotions. I also completed the Science of Happiness course from the University of California, Berkeley, which grounded these ancient teachings in modern psychology and research on what actually makes people happy and resilient.
What I do differently is combine all of this - philosophy, science, and human psychology into something practical. I don't believe philosophy should be boring, abstract, or locked away in textbooks. I see it as a life tool something you can use to navigate relationships, career struggles, emotional overwhelm, grief, or simply the feeling of being stuck, so you can find real clarity and lasting happiness.
Whether you're a child building the foundations of critical thinking, a professional navigating pressure and decisions, or someone going through a difficult chapter in life, my goal is the same: to help you think clearly, feel better, and live with more awareness and direction.

My Teaching Approach
I believe philosophy shouldn't feel abstract or intimidating - it should feel like a life skill you carry with you every day. My goal is to break down complex ideas into simple, relatable language, and then connect them to real situations you're already facing, whether that's a decision at work, a relationship, a challenge at school, or just making sense of your own thoughts.

Teaching Techniques & Methods
I use a mix of storytelling, mythology, and real historical examples to explain philosophical concepts, rather than just lecturing on theory. I also draw on science and sociology to show that these aren't just old ideas - they're backed by how humans actually think and behave. Every concept is paired with a practical takeaway: something you can apply in daily life immediately, not just discuss in theory.
Structure of a Typical Class

Introduction (5–10 min): A quick recap or a real-life question/scenario to set the context.
Concept Breakdown (15–20 min): I introduce the philosophical idea using simple language, often through a myth, historical event, or relatable story.
Scientific/Sociological Backing (10 min): I connect the idea to psychology, science, or social patterns to show why it holds up.
Practical Application (10–15 min): We discuss how to use this idea in real life — decisions, relationships, mindset, or work.
Q&A and Reflection (5–10 min): Open discussion, questions, and personal reflection so the learning sticks.

What Makes Me Different

1. I don't just teach philosophy as a subject - I teach it as a life skill.
2. I combine mythology, history, science, and sociology, so lessons are engaging and multi-dimensional, not one-note.
3. I focus on clarity over complexity — if a 10-year-old and a CEO are both in the room, both should walk away understanding it.
4. I tailor examples to the learner's world — a child gets relatable, age-appropriate stories, while a professional gets examples tied to leadership, decision-making, and stress.

For Kids & Parents
For children, I focus on building clarity of thought, logical reasoning, and critical thinking from an early age — skills that become the foundation for how they navigate difficult situations throughout life, not just in school. Using mythology and storytelling, I make these ideas fun and easy to grasp, so kids don't just memorize facts, they learn how to think, not just what to think.
Parents can expect their child to come away with stronger reasoning skills, better decision-making instincts, and the confidence to question, analyze, and understand the world around them - essentially, I help make philosophy a life skill, not just a subject.

For Adults Navigating Difficult Times
For adults who feel stuck - whether it's relationship issues, career blocks, financial stress, grief, or just a general sense of feeling lost - I focus on helping you find clarity, perspective, and a way forward. Using philosophy backed by psychology, history, and real-world examples, we break down what you're going through into something you can actually understand and act on, instead of just something you're carrying silently. This isn't abstract theory - it's about giving you practical tools to process difficult emotions, make better decisions, and rebuild a sense of direction and meaning, even in the middle of uncertainty.

Who My Classes Are For

School children: Building clarity of thought, logical reasoning, and critical thinking through mythology and storytelling — skills that become a lifelong pillar for navigating challenges.
College students: Deeper philosophical frameworks connected to real academic and personal challenges.
Adults & professionals: Practical philosophy for decision-making, mindset, and navigating complexity at work.
Executives: Philosophy as a lens for leadership, clarity, and better judgment under pressure.
Anyone feeling stuck in life: I help you find clarity and meaning - using timeless ideas to reflect, reset, and move forward with direction.
