About Johanna
I work as a team engagement and performance coach, helping managers lead in a way that fosters high engagement and performance in their teams. My greatest passion is helping companies and people thrive together. I’ve always been deeply curious, reading book after book on personal development, motivation, engagement, communication, leadership, and organizational behavior. I built an event company from the ground up, creating an entire community around it. I’ve also worked as a human factors specialist in the maritime industry, where human performance can be the difference between safety and a fatal incident. I’ve always been a knowledge seeker, and my education reflects that: Three academic degrees in behavioral science, business administration, and psychology. Certified ICC coach with a diploma in NLP negotiation techniques. Certified in psychological safety and behavioral design. I know exactly how to create engagement and high performance in others—and the best part? It’s neither complicated nor time-consuming.

Social Smart Leadership Program
In this program, you'll assess your own social competence using the Social Skills Inventory test. This is purely for tracking your progress and identifying strengths and gaps—it’s not something you must work on, but understanding it can help you see how others experience your leadership.
We’ll align your leadership approach with your business goals and the performance needed from your team to achieve them.
You'll follow the ISLAND framework, implementing leadership behaviors based on these strategies:
Include – Engage different personalities, team roles, and the four engagement types.
Spark – Boost performance and engagement using neuroscience and brain chemistry.
Listen – Give and receive feedback effectively to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
Authenticity – Build trust and psychological safety to foster ownership and courage.
Narrative – Use storytelling to shape a strong business culture.
Direction – Communicate goals clearly using NLP and behavioral science techniques.
The coaching follows ICC’s (International Coaching Community) ethical standards. You’ll also keep a feedback journal with exercises on giving and receiving feedback.
To support your development, you’ll practice mental training with audio sessions by Lars-Erik Uneståhl, PhD in psychology and a pioneer in mental training.
After 7 weeks, you’ll have implemented effective social strategies, increased team engagement, and created the foundation for a high-performing team.
