Steph is one ground breaking coach and counsellor.She takes you on board as her own and doesn’t stop pushing the boundaries until you reach the point of your success. I originally came to her when I was undecided about what to do after university .She guided me on the steps I should take and how I could reach mid-senior level in my industry.After being coached for about 18 months I can happily announce I am now an AVP in my field .I am much more confident within myself , I have greater self awareness and I clear about my objectives.
