About Noxolo
I recently worked as an assistant facilitator for 2 years, teaching learners who have passed grade twelve. Here, I worked hand in hand with learners whilst also organizing learning activities, recording marks for assessments, and attending staff meetings. I also worked as a student teacher for 3 years, this formed part of my practical as a post graduate learner. Here, I learnt the importance of effective lesson planning, knowing your kids and being able to identify their needswhich I believe plays a large role in the classroom. Additionally, I worked as a qualified teacher on an substitute post for 4 months.All these experiences have taught me that teaching is an art and made my love for teaching grow even stronger.
Working with learners of different backgrounds and cultures has allowed my introverted personality and curiosity to want to know more about other people. Being a curious person has always afforded me an opportunity to grow as I am learning about the differences of the world and its perspectives from what I was taught. It is this most reason that I found teaching as an art and an interesting factor because through it I learnt different customs and cultures, in which I believe working for your company will afford me the same.
