About Hans
I was born in Mexico. I moved to San Diego when I was 15. I graduated from UC Riverside in 2023. I have 2 younger siblings. I've always enjoyed spending time with kids and have a passion for teaching them about science, so I've been involved in various activities such as coaching flag football, helping with field trips at local wildlife reserves, and tutoring in different subjects. I like to make my students feel comfortable, so I try to maintain a flexible learning environment so I can focus on each student’s specific needs in order for them to be successful.
I took AP Environmental Science in high school and got a score of 4 on the AP Exam.
