About Weston
I graduated from Appalachian state which has one of the best exercise science programs in the country. I’ve traveled around the country and worked with some of the best college football teams in the country working as a strength coach and being heavily involved in the sports science division as well as coaching. I’ve worked with Clemson football, Texas tech football and AppState football.
