All my yoga classes are curated keeping my students and their needs in mind. Everyone looking for overall health and fitness can join it. My classes are a mix of hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, yogalates, stretching and strengthening, pranayam and meditation. I also take pre and post natal yoga classes. Anyone who has never done yoga before can also join.
