About Mari
Hi, I am a recent MSc in Economics graduate. So mathematics has been the language that describes the world for me for a few years now ;) In the last 7 years, I have guided students in mathematics through middle school and on the way to a successfully completed Matura and through statistics, macroeconomics and microeconomics courses in university courses. In addition to Maths, I have also taught English (C2, native level) to students in middle and high school.

Welcome!
I am an economist (MSc) and offer tutoring for pupils up to Matura level and students in the following subjects:
~I offer tutoring Mathematics (e.g. Algebra, Analysis, Geometry,... especially for Gymnasium, HAK and HLW) for students from middle school to Matura level.
~For students of social sciences and economics I also offer tutoring in statistics and econometrics as well as macro- and microeconomics.
When teaching, I rely heavily on individually adapted explanations and assistance as well as intuition - because it is only when the logic of a subject is understood that it can be flexibly applied to other problems. In general, I place great emphasis on working out the fundamentals of a topic first. Based on this, we will then work together on problems (e.g. homework, teaching material or exam examples). However - it is entirely up to you whether you want to spend 1h going through explanations or 1h working through examples!
You don't even have to leave the comfort of your home to take lessons with me, as I can be reached flexibly via webcam. ;)
