About Ankith
I am Ankith, a computer engineering student at Arizona State University. I am passionate about tutoring math at the high school and college level. I want to help students find success in their classes and their skills. The biggest issue in the tutoring system throughout school was finding someone who cared and could cater to the student. This could be changed simply by taking what the students know and elevating their skills with practice and examples so they are more confident. I will deliver a satisfactory experience for the students, and I hope they will have learned something by the end of the session.

My approach to solving a math problem is figuring out what the problems are asking first, writing all essential details, and then finding the specific thing that best solves the problem. If one way doesn't work, the student and I will try and find a better way to solve it.
A typical lesson plan will have me review the topic or lesson and then get into the problems. I will adjust lessons and problem-solving time according to the student's needs.
My persistence to help the student ultimately get better is what sets me apart from everyone else. I have had experience tutoring my peers at the college level and ensuring they understand the topic better after the session ends.
My lessons are for high school and college students who want to improve their algebra, precalculus and calculus topics.
