About Sara
My name is Sara and I am 20 years old. I am in my second year of medical school before which I had completed a year of biomedical sciences. I first started tutoring for free as a way to give back to my community and help students who are financially struggling. Over time, I realised my passion for teaching and have been chasing the satisfaction I felt after hearing my students did well in their exams. That is why I decided to tutor as a part-time job. I am confident in my abilities and will try various approaches until there is mutual understanding.

I am especially familiar with the IGCSE/GCSE curriculum for Biology, Physics and Chemistry and have experience teaching these subjects. I tailor my teaching according to the student’s needs and areas of concern. In my online sessions I incorporate past exam questions after covering tricky concepts and may give students homework, revision or solve past papers with them. I am patient with students of every level and my goal is to help students improve their understanding, increase their confidence and make them happier with their grades.
