I teach a range of styles, techniques, and specific recipes. Choose from the following options of set classes (2 hours approx) according to YOUR interest: North Indian curries - Savory Pies - Quiches - Pizza - Pasta. Feel free to discuss any special request classes with me.

Nick has a great work ethic and always willing to help and share his knowledge about food. Pursuing his passion for food Nick worked with me in a bakery and brought some amazing unique veggie pies for us. He has a solid grasp of spices from different cultures.
