About Cassandra
I have coached softball and taught fitness and healthy living courses at the collegiate level for two years. I have also had my own experience with changing my lifestyle and keeping these habits from what I learned and applied for eight years now. Good habits are hard to break! With my help, I can teach you what you need to know about health, food, and exercises to motivate you to really enjoy the food that you eat and exercising. I can teach you that changing your lifestyle can be fun, not miserable!

I approach each topic on an individual basis per student. I understand that every student is different, every body is different, and therefore I ask the students questions about who they are and what their goals are and I then will apply that information with my subjects in order for the student to have the best learning experience they can have.

Travel stipend is used for gas and remains 15.00 for every distance traveled.
Webcam stipend is 5.00 per session.
Multiple hours will be the best deal! Price will change depending on travel vs webcam. These numbers listed are based on travel cost.
