I am a founder of Vegilite and have been teaching kids, adults, and teenagers for 13 years at various CIC companies, schools, HAF, and communities. During the lessons, I will teach you about quantities of portions, how to cook the veggies or other things in the right way, what spices are good for your health, and lots of tips and tricks. With kids, I always make things in a fun way, and they love starting to cook their own food, and trust me, they will finish everything in the end.
